What made you decide to create this product and choose to use recycled plastic content? :
Ecoplen is a Ecodesign's company spin off, a PE LD and MD recycler. In 2014 Ecoplen introduced the Ecodesign's second raw material in its own production of jerry cans and bottle approved for industrial chemical (first case worldwide using recycled PE post consumer), thanks to the multilayer blow moulding technology.
What Were They Key Outcomes and Objectives That Lead You to Design This Product? :
Using the multilayers technology, Ecoplen is able to produce jerry cans and bottle for chemical sectors with more qualities in term of more resistance to weight and to transport stress.

We are selling our jerry cans to chemical industries. How Did You Monitor and Meet the Objectives That You Set? Where Appropriate Include Information On Research, Resourcing, Speed-To-Market, Material Selection, Testing and So On: Compounding researches on daily bases; sorting and selection of ideal plastic waste to produce different models of jerry cans requested by our clients. Selection of waste sappliers (Italians). MKTG: lead generation.
